- Manage tenant cash receipts utilizing MRI RE Accounting software and ClickPay tenant payment processor to ensure accurate recording of payments.
- Remotely deposit tenant checks at corporate office via check scanner, as well as deliver checks to be deposited at the bank.
- Process tenant checks when payment processor is unable to identify associated tenant and property via RemitPlus Remote Client.
- Accounts Payable Experience:
- Record payments for property utility charges through Avid Utility, as well as occasionally recording property mortgage autopayments.
- Support Assistant Controller in processing client Owner Draws through AP.
- Occasionally aid AP Specialist in coding of received vendor invoices through Avid Invoice software.
